A Holy Place: Entering God’s (YHWH) House For Worship

The Church exists as Man’s Spiritual Hospital, a sanctuary for healing and restoration. It is not a place to fulfill personal agendas or impose our own righteousness. Instead, it is a sacred ground for worship and communion with God (YHWH). As believers, we should recognize the sanctity of the Church and approach it with reverence and humility, leaving behind worldly distractions.

As worshippers, we must be mindful of what we bring into Godโ€™s (YHWH) Holy Place. Certain practices, behaviors, or mindsets may unintentionally defile the sanctity of worship. The Bible reminds us in Leviticus 10:9: “Do not drink wine or intoxicating drink, you nor your sons with you, when you go into the tabernacle of meeting, lest you die. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations.” This directive emphasizes the purity and focus required when entering Godโ€™s (YHWH) presence.

The Church is not merely a building but the dwelling place of Godโ€™s (YHWH) Spirit. By treating it as such, we align ourselves with Godโ€™s (YHWH) will and draw closer to Him. It is not a space for indulgence or irreverence but a refuge for the faithful to connect with the Creator in truth and spirit.

Through Christ Jesus, we can uphold the sanctity of worship, honour the holiness of Godโ€™s (YHWH) temple, and experience the fullness of His presence.
