A Prophet of God’s (YHWH) path is never easy. To walk in divine truth often means to walk misunderstood, doubted, and even rejected—especially by those closest to you. Just as Christ Jesus was not honored in His own country (Mark 6:4), many who carry God’s (YHWH) message find themselves surrounded by familiar faces who cannot see the transformation God (YHWH) has wrought. Yet this rejection, painful as it is, is not a punishment—it is part of the calling.
Before the call ever came, you were known. God (YHWH) said to Jeremiah, “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee.” (Jeremiah 1:5) The same is true for every servant chosen by the LORD. Those around you may remember who you were, but God (YHWH) remembers who He created you to be. Familiarity blinds some to the change within you, but Heaven recognizes the one it has appointed. Never forget—you were known, chosen, and anointed long before anyone believed in your calling.
Our LORD Christ Jesus never promised comfort in ministry, but He did promise companionship. He was rejected, ridiculed, and betrayed, yet He never retaliated. Instead, He repaid rejection with love, silence, and unwavering obedience to the Father’s will. His example shows us that love is not weakness—it is the highest expression of strength under pressure.
When those around you misunderstand your purpose or question your anointing, resist the temptation to defend yourself. The true servant of God (YHWH) doesn’t fight for recognition; they let the fruit of the Spirit speak louder than words. Humility and patience are your greatest allies in the face of disbelief.
“By their fruits ye shall know them.” – Matthew 7:20
Rejection refines. It tests whether your identity is rooted in human approval or divine purpose. Those who endure rejection without losing love prove that they serve not for applause, but for the glory of God (YHWH). Every “no” from man positions you for a greater “yes” from Heaven.
So, how do you respond? You love anyway. You pray anyway. You bless anyway. You keep doing good, even when it goes unnoticed. You keep speaking truth, even when it is resisted. For in doing so, you mirror the very heart of Christ Jesus—who, while hanging on the cross, still said, “Father, forgive them.” (Luke 23:34)
To repay rejection with love is to stand in the same posture as the Savior. It is to trust that God (YHWH) sees what others overlook, and that He will vindicate you in His perfect time. Do not let bitterness take root where compassion should grow. Love disarms darkness. Love breaks cycles of offense. Love is the language Heaven recognises.
Your call is not to be celebrated—it is to be faithful. And faithfulness, in time, will bear witness greater than any human validation could. So remain steadfast, keep your heart pure, and let love lead the way. Those who reject you today may one day recognise the God (YHWH) who sent you.
